In 1982 Joyce Landry and Josephine Kling founded Landry & Kling, Inc. -- the first distribution channel between the cruise industry and corporate America. It has become the premier business-to-business resource for meeting planners, providing site selection for cruise groups and full ship charters as well as complete program management services.

Landry & Kling previously held management positions at several cruise lines including Holland America, where they met. Giving them the knowledge, experience and contacts to create a specialized niche as the first and only travel company focused exclusively on developing cruise ship charters and meetings at sea for all kinds of organizations.

Our clients include corporate and independent meeting planners, incentive companies, associations, continuing education planners, production companies and others who use travel to reward, educate or motivate peak performance.

Because of our exclusive focus on meetings at sea and our well-oiled machinery, the cruise lines value our business and make it easy for us to work together. We’re familiar with all the major lines, plus other less-well-known ships, riverboats, large yachts and sailing vessels, and can recommend the ones that best fit your needs.

We continually monitor the cruise industry from our location in Miami, Cruise Capital of the World. Staff members are regularly on site inspections, seminars at sea, inaugural sailings, cruise vacations, and client programs, so we have first-hand feedback detailing the performance of all the ships we recommend. We’re also price-savvy and can easily shop around to find the best value for our clients.

We currently employ a full-time professional staff of 20 in Miami. Our entire team is dedicated exclusively to memorable meetings at sea. Many have come from cruise line group/ incentive departments and, collectively, we offer the broadest, most unbiased knowledge of ships and itineraries industry-wide.

Landry & Kling is accustomed to staffing all types of cruise programs as needed: from small to large groups, full-ship charters, and multiple overlapping programs. In addition to our office staff, we have a part-time cruise travel staff to support program implementation aboard ship. Many of these professionals have been with us for years.
